The hogs were and raised and slaughtered by our Hutterite colony and delivered to our warehouse every Tuesday.
You will get about 5lb of pork belly (rind on rib on) plus about 5lb of shoulder, butt or leg meat (boned or boneless).
Each pack is about 10 lb. Your charge will be based on the actual weight picked.
